It's been a while...
Since I did a blog post, but I really haven't had much to report and nothing I can really share although I have been doing heaps of scrapping!!! Scrapbooking Memories Creative Team Challenge is completed and being posted off today. I have done my two challenges for the ScrapGirls Retreat next month (still a few spots left) Working on my class layout today, photo is printed and sketch is done I just have to put it all together (I want to get it finished today so I can take it up to show Kylie tomorrow when we go for a visit). I am working on another project where I got some gorgeous new papers to play with, one layout totally completed and two just needing the finishing touches.
I have my Tarisota box sitting here and I am trying really hard not to break into it until I have these couple of things finished, but it is really hard not to touch it, it is soooooooooo scrummy!!!
Yesterday I was at my scrap table organizing for a busy day of scrapping when DH informs me that he is waiting on a phone call and he may have to go to Parramatta and that I need to go with him coz he needs my help. I can tell you I was not impressed!!! I actually yelled at him and told him I have deadlines and a full day of scrapping planned, he apologized and said that he really needed me to go with him, so reluctantly I went, very unimpressed I was. Anyway we go to Marylands and pick up Graeme (a friend of DH's) and head off to Parramatta. We pull up out the front of BikeBiz and go inside, I am lead to a motorbike bike and told "that's your early birthday present"... OMFG!!! he bought me a brand new motorbike!!! Apparently he had been doing some research and found one that he thought I would like and with a huge help from Graeme who is friends with a big boss we got a FAB deal. DH had been looking at the 650 (which I already have) but they only come in white or silver... I sat on one and had a look but it looked and felt so much smaller than mine. I sat on the one next to it and it felt GOOD!!! So that is the one I got.... I am now the proud owner of a Yamaha XVS1100 Classic, she is sooooooo gorgeous. I rode her home from Parramatta and she rides like a dream, I am in heaven!!! The only thing I NEED to do is get some new pipes because at the moment she sounds like a bloody sewing machine, I want some noise!!! When I take her back for her 1000k service my new noisy pipes will be fitted.
here she is.......
Kingston has fitted so well into the Wyldman family and he is such a little Mr Personality!!! My other two dogs love him, especially Miss Lily.
I have all 3 kids home from school today sick... I have the damn flu, Alastair & Felicity are both all snuffled up and feel like crap, although they are well enough to play Playstation, go figure... Lauren is feeling sick in the tummy and also burning up, so the grems are a starting in our household. I think I might need to put a sign on the front door, Germs living here, enter at own risk.
Well that is about all from me, off to hang out my washing and do some scrapping
Have a great day
Ciao`
